Onboarding 

We’ll first discuss and plan out who your ideal candidate is, and the skill set required to thrive in your organisation. You’ll then receive onboarding documents to ensure that we both align with the type of talent you are looking for. 

Recruitment

We will then select candidates based on their background, qualities and skills and take them through a competency based interview which will include a written and verbal test to ensure only the highest quality of candidates are progressed. We’ll then arrange a final interview to make sure there is an all-round fit. 

Timeline

The recruitment process can take between 2-4. Once we have selected a candidate, you can onboard them under the guidance of your assigned account manager who will be your point of contact for constant support.

  Our assistants are within three hours of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), meaning employees can still join a conference call with UK-based colleagues. However our team is flexible to working hours that suit our clients.
